半夏角药治疗抑郁症躯体化症状临证规律探析

摘　　要：抑郁症躯体化症状临床易被忽视。韩振蕴教授认为抑郁症的精神症状与躯体症状可互为因果,相互影响,恶性循环,临床切不可只关注精神症状而忽视躯体症状。"百病皆由痰作祟",韩教授治疗此症,谨守气郁痰阻的病机,善用半夏角药,颇有效验。文章在临证思考的基础上,创新性总结韩教授运用半夏角药治疗抑郁症躯体化症状的证治规律及组方配伍特点,认为临证治疗需注重用药组方的层次性,注重燥湿化痰、升降气机。The somatization symptoms of depression are easily overlooked.Professor HAN Zhen-yun thinks that the mental symptoms and physical symptoms of depression can influence each other,inducing a vicious circle.In clinical practice,clinicians should not only focus on mental symptoms but ignore physical symptoms.According to the pathogenesis of qi stagnation and phlegm obstruction,professor HAN is good at treating somatization symptoms of depression by using angle drugs including Pinelliae Rhizoma and the effectiveness is satisfactory.This article aims to summarize the clinical rules of professor HAN in treating somatization symptoms of depression by using angle drugs containing Pinelliae Rhizoma.She thinks that clinicians should pay attention to the hierarchy of herbs,as well as the therapeutic principles of drying dampness,eliminating phlegm and elevating qi.
