摘　　要：现代医学飞速发展的同时,亦伴随着自生矛盾和问题的不断升级,针灸作为传统医学精髓之一,在现代临床运用中的优势愈加明显,针药结合的使用频率不断提高,但就其临床使用合理性和科学性而言尚有不足。文章从国内外针药结合的现状着手,探究其本质内涵及缺陷与挑战,并借鉴新医学理念精髓,以期为针灸临床科学发展做出贡献。With the rapid development of the modern medicine,it is also accompanied by the escalation of selfgenerated contradictions and problems.Acupuncture,one of the essences of traditional medicine,is more and more obvious in modern clinical application.And the frequency of the combination of acupuncture and medicine is increasing.However,there are still some deficiencies in terms of rationality and scientificity of its clinical use.Based on the current situation of acupuncture and medicine combination at home and abroad,the author explores its essential connotation,defects and challenges,uses the quintessence of new medicine theory for reference,so as to contribute to the development of clinical science of acupuncture and moxibustion.
