摘 要:目的:探究溴化呋喃酮协同解毒祛瘀滋阴方治疗MRL/lpr狼疮小鼠的影响,从肠道菌群角度分析可能的机制。方法:运用Illumina MiSeq高通量测序技术检测狼疮小鼠的肠道菌群结构,利用LEfSe分析挖掘狼疮模型小鼠与中药组、溴化呋喃酮组及联合用药组的狼疮小鼠的差异菌群。结果:联合用药缓解狼疮小鼠病情的效果优于单用解毒祛瘀滋阴方;溴化呋喃酮不能缓解小鼠狼疮病情,但能上调Lactobacillus丰度和下调Rikenella丰度,利于联合用药狼疮小鼠的病情缓解。结论:溴化呋喃酮协同解毒祛瘀滋阴方通过调节肠道菌群治疗狼疮。Objective:To explore the effect of bromofuranone in combination with Jiedu Quyu Ziyin Formula in the treatment of MRL/lpr mice and reveal the possible mechanism from the perspective of gut microbiome.Methods:Illumina MiSeq sequencing was used to explore the microbial communities of MRL/lpr mice.LEfSe analysis was used to reveal the significantly different microbial species between the model mice and Jiedu Quyu Ziyin Formula treated mice,bromofuranone treated mice,the combined drugs reated mice.Results:The efficacy of combined drugs in relieving lupus disease was better than that of Jiedu Quyu Ziyin Formula.Although bromofuranone could not alleviate lupus activity,it could increase the abundance of Lactobacillus and decrease the abundance of Rikenella,which was beneficial to low lupus activity in the combined drugs-treated mice.Conclusion:Bromofuranone in combination with Jiedu Quyu Ziyin Formula can promote treating lupus by regulating gut microbiota.
