摘　　要：目的:分析艾滋病病毒(HIV)/艾滋病(AIDS)患者的中医体质与高效抗逆转录病毒联合疗法(HAART)后病毒载量的关系,为AIDS抗病毒治疗失败者提供一定的依据。方法:对444例HIV/AIDS患者进行了问卷调查,判定中医体质类型,结合患者HAART治疗后病毒载量的变化情况,比较各体质类型在不同病毒载量分布的差异。结果:VL<500copies/mL时,平和质比例最高(23.6%),出现频次最高的偏颇体质是气郁质(20.7%);500≤VL<104copies/mL时,4种及以上混合体质比例最高(31.3%),出现频次最高的偏颇体质是气虚质(19.9%);VL≥104copies/mL时,4种及以上混合体质比例最高(54.5%),出现频次最高的偏颇体质是阳虚质(23.3%)。结论:AIDS患者的病毒载量与中医体质类型有相关性。Objective:To analyze the relationship between the TCM constitution of HIV/AIDS patients and their viral load after HAART treatment,and to provide some basis for the failure of HIV/AIDS antiviral treatment.Methods:A questionnaire survey was conducted on 444 HIV-infected/AIDS patients to determine the types of TCM constitutions,and the differences in the distribution of viral loads of different constitutions were compared based on the changes of viral loads of patients after HAART treatment.Results:When VL<500 copies/mL,the proportion of flatulence was the highest(23.6%),and the most frequent biased constitution was qi-stagnation(20.7%).When 500≤VL<104 copies/mL,the proportion of four or more mixed constitutions was the highest(31.3%),and the biased constitution with the highest frequency was qi deficiency(19.9%).When VL≥104 copies/mL,the proportion of four or more mixed constitutions was the highest(54.5%),and the most frequent biased constitutions were yangdeficiency constitutions(23.3%).Conclusion:The viral load of AIDS patients is correlated with the type of TCM constitutions.
