摘　　要：颈椎病是常见的脊柱退行性疾病,虽然是筋骨同病,但是以筋为先。颈椎病的发生及发展与经筋的生理及病理密切相关。而颈部功能锻炼是以颈部经筋为作用靶点,是治疗颈椎病的有效方法。但是功能锻炼也应根据经筋的病理分期进行论治,这样才能效如桴鼓。文章根据经筋理论探讨经筋的生理作用及病理分期与颈椎病发病的关系,同时阐述了颈部功能锻炼在经筋的不同分期的应用,明确其可行性。Cervical spondylosis is a common degenerative disease of the spine.Although it is a disease of both bones and meridians tendons,meridians tendons are the first.The occurrence and development of cervical spondylosis is closely related to the physiology and pathology of meridian tendons.Cervical function exercise is an effective method to treat cervical spondylosis,which takes the meridian tendon of the neck as its target.However,function exercise should be treated according to the pathological stages of meridians tendons,so as to be effective.Based on the theory of meridian tendons,the relationship between the physiological function and pathological stages of meridian tendons and the occurrence of cervical spondylosis is discussed.At the same time,the application of cervical exercise in different stages of meridian tendons is elaborated,and its feasibility is clarified.
