生脉散合参苓白术散加减治疗普通型2019冠状病毒病临床研究

摘　　要：目的:评价生脉散合参苓白术散加减治疗普通型2019冠状病毒病(COVID-19)的临床疗效。方法:收集2020年2月13日至3月18日在洪湖市人民医院住院治疗的普通型COVID-19患者80例,随机分为治疗组和对照组各40例。对照组患者给予常规西医治疗,治疗组患者给予生脉散合参苓白术散加减治疗。观察并比较两组患者的治疗有效率、中医症候积分变化、主要症状消失时间、新型冠状病毒核酸转阴时间、炎症指标、免疫功能、影像学变化等。结果:治疗后,治疗组和对照组治疗的总有效率分别为92.5%(38/40)、85.0%(34/40),组间比较差异无统计学意义;治疗组在改善发热、咳嗽、乏力、纳呆、腹胀症状上优于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01);治疗组在提高淋巴细胞计数、CD4+T淋巴细胞绝对计数及降低D-二聚体方面优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组的新型冠状病毒核酸转阴时间较对照组明显缩短(P<0.01);治疗组的胸部CT改善情况优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:生脉散合参苓白术散加减可有效改善普通型COVID-19患者的临床症状,缩短发热时间和新型冠状病毒核酸转阴时间,减轻炎症反应,增强免疫状态,具有良好的临床疗效。Objective:To evaluate the clinical effect of Shengmai Powder combined with Shenling Baizhu Powder in the treatment of common Corona Virus Disease 2019(COVID-19).Methods:A total of 80 patients with common COVID-19 admitted to Honghu People’s Hospital from February 13,2020 to March 18,2020 were collected and randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group,each with 40 cases.The control group was given conventional western medicine treatment,and the treatment group was given Shengmai Powder combined with Shenlingbaizhu Powder.To observe and compare the treatment efficiency,change of TCM symptom score,disappear time of main symptoms,viral nucleic acid negative time,inflammation index,immune function,imaging changes.Results:After treatment,the total effective rates of the treatment group and the control group were 92.5%(38/40)and 85.0%(34/40),respectively,and there was no significant difference between the groups;The treatment group was superior to the control group in improving symptoms such as fever,cough,fatigue,appetite,and bloating with differences(P<0.05,P<0.01);The treatment group increased lymphocyte count,the absolute count of CD4+T lymphocytes and the reduction of D-dimer were better than those of the control group(P<0.05);The negative time of viral nucleic acid in the treatment group was significantly shorter than that in the control group(P<0.01).After treatment,the improvement of chest CT in the treatment group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Shengmai Powder combined with Shenling Baizhu Powder can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients with common COVID-19,shorten the fever time and viral nucleic acid negative time,reduce the inflammatory response,enhance the immune status,and have good clinical efficacy.
