综合护理在急性胆囊炎患者中的效果分析

摘　　要：目的探究综合护理在急性胆囊炎患者中的护理效果。方法采集在我院治疗的66例急性胆囊炎患者,随机分为研究组(n=33)和对照组(n=33),对照组予普外科常规护理模式,研究组予舒适护理模式,对比两组患者护理效果。结果研究组患者并发症发生率(6.06%)显著低于对照组(30.30%),差异显著有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论综合护理模式应用在急性胆囊炎患者中,可明显降低患者并发症的发生,促进患者康复。Objective This research aims to explore the effects of comprehensive nursing in patients with acute cholecystitis.Methods 66 patients with acute cholecystitis in our hospital were randomly divided into study group(n=33)and control group(n=33).The control group was given general surgery routine nursing mode,while the study group was given comfortable nursing mode.Results The incidence of complications in study group(6.06%)was significantly lower than that in control group(30.30%).The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of comprehensive nursing model in patients with acute cholecystitis can significantly reduce the incidence of complications and promote the rehabilitation of patients.
