探讨超声检查在未破裂型宫外孕患者中的诊断价值

摘　　要：目的解析超声检查在未破裂型宫外孕患者中的诊断价值。方法纳入我院2018年6月—2019年12月间的未破裂型宫外孕患者,共60例,均接受经腹二维超声和阴道超声检查,前者结果作为对照组,后者结果纳入观察组,比对诊断情况。结果附件包块检出率观察组(40.00%)>对照组(13.33%)、盆腔积液检出率观察组(80.00%)>对照组(36.67%)、假孕囊检出率观察组(76.67%)>对照组(10.00%)、胚芽和心管搏动检出率观察组(50.00%)>对照组(16.67%),P<0.05。结论未破裂型宫外孕诊断管理中,超声检查应用价值较高,可提高确诊率,为临床的治疗提供参考,推荐推广。Objective To analyze the diagnostic value of ultrasound examination in patients with unruptured ectopic pregnancy.Methods A total of 60 patients with unruptured ectopic pregnancy between June 2018 and December 2019 in our hospital were enrolled.All of them underwent transabdominal two-dimensional ultrasound and vaginal ultrasound,Compare the diagnosis.Results Detection rate of attachment mass observation group(40.00%)>control group(13.33%),detection rate of pelvic effusion observation group(80.00%)>control group(36.67%),detection of pseudopregnancy sac Rate observation group(76.67%)>control group(10.00%),germ and heart tube beat detection rate observation group(50.00%)>control group(16.67%),P<0.05.Conclusion In the diagnosis and management of unruptured ectopic pregnancy,the application value of ultrasound examination is high,which can improve the diagnosis rate,provide reference for clinical treatment,and recommend promotion.
