摘　　要：目的探究康复护理干预对老年脑梗塞患者认知及预后功能的影响效果。方法将2018年3月~2019年12月期间我院接收的96例老年脑梗塞患者作为研究对象并随机分至两组,研究组实施康复护理,对照组实施常规护理,分别在干预前后对患者认知功能和日常生活能力进行评估。结果研究组患者MMSE评分和ADL评分对对照组,改善幅度更为明显(P<0.05)。结论采用康复护理为老年脑梗塞患者实施护理干预,可有效改善患者认知能力和生活质量,效果显著,值得推广。Objective To explore the effect of rehabilitation nursing intervention on cognitive and prognostic function of elderly patients with cerebral infarction.Methods From March 2018 to December 2019,96 elderly patients with cerebral infarction received by our hospital were randomly divided into two groups:the study group received rehabilitation nursing,the control group received routine nursing,and the cognitive function and daily life ability of the patients were evaluated before and after the intervention.Results MMSE score and ADL score in the study group were significantly improved compared with the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Rehabilitation nursing can effectively improve the cognitive ability and quality of life of the elderly patients with cerebral infarction.
