羧甲基纤维素钠眼液治疗糖尿病合并白内障术后干眼患者临床疗效及安全性分析

摘　　要：目的分析羧甲基纤维素钠眼液治疗糖尿病合并白内障术后干眼患者临床疗效,探讨其安全性。方法遵循药物差异分组,择我院2019年5月~2020年2月内50例糖尿病合并白内障术后干眼患者分为对照组(23例),该组采用术后常规治疗后将妥布霉素地塞米松滴眼液滴入治疗,观察组以对照组为基础,联合使用羧甲基纤维素钠眼液治疗。对比观察两组患者的疗效及用药安全性。结果治疗前两组患者的疗效及用药安全性无统计学差异,P>0.05。用药后,观察组的各项数据明显优于对照组,统计学有差异,P<0.05。结论羧甲基纤维素钠滴眼液治疗糖尿病合并白内障术后干眼患者疗效较好;且用药后可有效延长泪膜破裂时间。Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy and safety of carboxymethylcellulose sodium eye solution in the treatment of diabetic patients with cataract.Methods According to the drug difference group,50 cases of diabetic patients with cataract were divided into the control group(23 cases)from May 2019 to February 2020.Tobramycin dexamethasone eye drops were dropped into the control group after routine treatment.The observation group was treated with carboxymethylcellulose sodium eye drops on the basis of the control group.The efficacy and safety of the two groups were compared.Results There was no significant difference in the efficacy and safety of the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the data of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group,with statistical difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Carboxymethylcellulose sodium eye drops are effective in the treatment of diabetic patients with cataract,and can effectively prolong the time of tear rupture.
