摘 要:目的本次研究是对化合物ZHH19镇痛抗炎效果进行初步药效学分析。方法采用不同动物模型评价ZHH19化合物的抗炎镇痛效果。实验分为生理盐水组,ZHH19组和阳性对照组。结果与生理盐水组相比,ZHH19各剂量组可显著减少小鼠扭体次数、降低小鼠福尔马林模型Ⅱ相的舔爪时间,缓解小鼠耳肿胀度(P<0.001),以上结果表明ZHH19是镇痛抗炎肽。结论化合物ZHH19有明显的抗炎、镇痛作用。Objective The objective of this study was to evaluate the preliminary pharmacodynamic of the analgesic and anti-inflammatory effects of the ZHH19 after a single dose administration to KM mice and SD rats.Methods Different animal models were used to evaluate the analgesic and anti-inflammatory effect of the ZHH19.The experiment was divided into normal saline group,ZHH19 groups and positive control group.Results Compared with the saline group,the ZHH19 dose group significantly reduced the number of writhing in mice,reduced the licking paw time of the mice formalin model II phase,and alleviated the ear edema of mice(P<0.001),and indicated that ZHH19 is a analgesic anti-inflammatory peptide.Conclusion ZHH19 has obvious analgesic and anti-inflammatory effects.
