小针刀结合骶管冲击治疗交感型颈椎病的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察小针刀结合骶管冲击治疗交感型颈椎病的疗效。方法择我院2019.2~2019.10内的46例交感型颈椎病患者分为2组,观察组(n=25)与对照组(n=25),对照组采用常规治疗,观察组则以对照组为基准,联合开展小针刀结合骶管冲击治疗。结果观察组的治疗总有效率明显优于对照组,统计学数据存有意义(P<0.05)。结论治疗交感型颈椎病,借助小针刀联合骶管冲击治疗具备一定的推荐价值。Objective To observe the curative effect of the treatment of sympathetic cervical spondylosis with small needle knife and sacral impact.Methods 46 patients with sympathetic cervical spondylosis in our hospital from February 2019 to October 2019 were divided into two groups:the observation group(n=25)and the control group(n=25).The control group was treated with routine treatment,and the observation group was treated with small needle knife combined with sacral canal impact based on the control group.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of sympathetic cervical spondylosis,small needle knife combined with sacral impact therapy has certain recommended value.
