CT造影剂优维显药物过敏患者的临床急救护理

摘　　要：目的观察CT造影剂优维显药物过敏患者的临床急救护理干预效果。方法选取2017年1月~2019年12月我院收治的100例CT造影剂优维显药物过敏患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为观察组(50例)与对照组(50例),对照组患者采用常规急救处理,观察组患者采用临床急救护理干预。比较两组患者护理前后生命体征变化情况、焦虑(SAS)抑郁(SDS)情绪改善情况以及急救成功率。结果两组患者各项生命体征指标对比护理前无差异,护理后观察组明显改善,与对照组比较P<0.05,差异有统计学意义;观察组患者护理后SAS、SDS评分均降低,优于护理前,且与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组急救成功率为96.0%,高于对照组的80.0%(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义。结论临床急救护理干预应用于CT造影剂优维显药物过敏,有利于维持患者生命体征稳定,缓解负性情绪,成功率高,可予以推广。Objective To observe the effect of emergency nursing intervention on the patients with hypersensitivity of CT contrast agent uvx.Methods From January 2017 to December 2019,100 patients with hypersensitivity of CT contrast agent,UVI,were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table,they were divided into observation group(50 cases)and control group(50 cases).The patients in the control group were treated with routine emergency treatment,and the patients in the observation group were treated with clinical emergency nursing intervention.The changes of vital signs,the improvement of anxiety(SAS),depression(SDS)and the success rate of first aid were compared before and after nursing.Results There was no difference between the two groups before and after nursing,the observation group improved significantly,P<0.05 compared with the control group,the difference was statistically significant;the SAS and SDS scores of the observation group decreased after nursing,which was better than before nursing,and the difference was statistically significant compared with the control group(P<0.05);the first aid success rate of the observation group was 96.0%,which was higher than 80.0%of the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of clinical emergency nursing intervention to the hypersensitivity of CT contrast agent is beneficial to maintain the stability of vital signs,relieve negative emotions,and has a high success rate,which can be popularized.
