自拟止咳汤治疗小儿风寒型咳嗽的临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨自拟止咳汤治疗小儿风寒型咳嗽的临床疗效。方法选择2017年12月至2019年12月期间甘肃省中医药大学附属医院、兰州市中医院、西部战区陆军总医院、兰州大学第二附属医院的门诊及住院部患儿120例,采用随机数字表法随机分为两组,治疗组及西药组各60例。治疗组给予自拟止咳汤,西药组给予顺尔宁孟鲁司特钠口服治疗,对比两组临床疗效及不良反应。同时,观察疗程结束后两组呼吸道病原体IgM抗体阴转情况。结果治疗组治疗总有效率(98.33%)显著高于西药组(83.33%),治疗组不良反应发生率为3.33%(2/60);西药组为13.33%(8/60);治疗组阴转率为86.67(52/60),而西药组阴转率仅为70.00%(42/60),治疗组治疗后IgG指标水平(1.24±0.35g/L)显著低于西药组(1.53±0.49g/L),差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论自拟止咳汤治疗小儿风寒型咳嗽分的疗效可靠,较单纯西药治疗效果提升显著,且安全性较高,值得推广借鉴。Objective To explore the clinical effect of self-made Zhike Decoction on children's cough of wind cold type.Methods From December 2017 to December 2019,120 outpatients and inpatients from Affiliated Hospital of Gansu University of traditional Chinese medicine,Lanzhou Hospital of traditional Chinese medicine,western war zone Army General Hospital and the Second Affiliated Hospital of Lanzhou University were randomly divided into two groups,60 in the treatment group and 60 in the western medicine group.The treatment group was treated with self-made cough relieving decoction,and the western medicine group was treated with montelukast sodium,shunerning.At the same time,observe the negative conversion of IgM antibody of respiratory pathogens in the two groups after the course of treatment.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group(98.33%)was significantly higher than that of the western medicine group(83.33%),the incidence of adverse reactions in the treatment group was 3.33%(2/60),the western medicine group was 13.33%(8/60);The negative conversion rate of the treatment group was 86.67(52/60),while that of the western medicine group was only 70.00%(42/60).The level of IgG in the treatment group(1.24±0.35 g/L)was significantly lower than that of the western medicine group(1.53±0.49 g/L),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The therapeutic effect of self-made Zhike Decoction on children's cough of wind cold type is reliable,which is significantly higher than that of Western medicine alone,and has higher safety,which is worth popularizing.
