基于肠道菌群和菌心学说探讨中医现代化发展新思路

摘　　要：当前慢病高发的现实压力迫切呼唤中医现代化以破解慢病防控难题。近年来随着国内外学术界发现人是由人体和微生物组成的超级共生体,并不断发现肠道菌群与慢病之间存在相关性甚至因果性,以及饥饿源于菌群的新发现并形成菌心学说及相应体系,提示人体共生微生物尤其是肠道菌群很可能是实现中医现代化的关键点。由于科技水平所限,古人将"人菌共生"的现象以隐喻的方式,朴素地理解为(粪便中的)肠道菌群以"(肮)脏"的方式"藏(音cang)"在人体(肠道)这个"(形)象"中,形成了传统中医的藏象学说和脏腑理论。结合菌心学说进行理解,可见很多中药是通过靶向调控肠道菌群微生态系统、而不是直接作用于人体发挥治疗作用,从而为以改善肠道菌群异常为核心的中药评价和研发提供新思路。At present,the realistic pressure of high incidence of chronic diseases urgently calls for the modernization of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)to solve the problem of prevention and control of chronic diseases.In recent years,with the discovery of human being as a super symbiont composed of human body and microorganisms based on scientific researches at home and abroad,and the discovery of the correlation or even causality between gut flora and chronic diseases,together with the new discovery that‘hunger sensation comes from gut flora’and the establishment of the gut flora-centric theory in our lab,it is suggested that human symbiotic microorganisms,especially the gut flora,are likely to be the key point to promote the modernization of TCM.Due to the limitation of scientific and technological level,the ancients took the phenomenon of‘human bacteria symbiosis’as a metaphor,and simply understood the gut flora as‘Zang(voice Cang)’stored in human gut,expressed as the‘theory on internal organs of the body in TCM’and the‘theory of visceral outward manifestation in TCM’.According to the gut flora-centric theory,we can see that TCM drugs play a therapeutic role by targeting the micro ecosystem of gut flora,rather than directly taking effects on the human body.Therefore,these new founding will provide new ideas for the evaluation and research and development of TCM drugs with improving the abnormality of gut flora as the core issue.
