国医大师路志正从肝脾论治胸痹撷英

摘　　要：胸痹在现代医学中属于冠心病、心绞痛范畴,其发病率在逐年上升。国医大师路志正教授精通中医典籍,熟悉各家学说,从事中医临床、科研、教学工作70余年,学验俱著,建树颇丰,临床疗效卓著,对于心系疾病的诊治有颇多心得体会,建立了一套较为完整的中医理论和方法。路老认为胸痹虽病位主要在心,但与肝脾密切相关,通过对心与肝脾生理病理关系、病因病机、遣方用药等方面的阐述,提出肝失疏泄、脾失健运为本病发病的关键,疏肝运脾为本病基本治法,故主张从调理肝脾入手治疗胸痹,辨证施治,方可收效。Chest bi belongs to the category of coronary heart disease and angina pectoris in modern medicine,and its incidence is increasing year by year.Professor LU Zhi-zheng,a master of Chinese medicine,is proficient in classics of traditional Chinese medicine,and us familiar with various theories.He has been engaged in clinical,scientific research and teaching of traditional Chinese medicine for more than 70 years.He has made great achievements and achieved remarkable clinical effects,has gained a lot of experience in the diagnosis and treatment of heart diseases and has established a relatively complete set of theories and methods of traditional Chinese medicine.Professor LU believed that although the location of chest bi is mainly in the heart,it is closely related to the liver and spleen.Through the elaboration of the physiological and pathological relationship between heart and liver and spleen,etiology and pathogenesis,prescription and medication,he puts forward that liver controlling conveyance and dispersion and dysfunction of spleen in transportation are the key factors to the disease,and dispersing stagnated liver qi and invigorating the spleen are the basic treatment of the disease.Therefore,he advocates that the treatment of chest bi should start from regulating the liver and spleen and treating it according to syndrome differentiation.
