摘　　要：苓桂术甘汤出自《伤寒杂病论》,具有温阳降冲、化饮利水之功,是苓桂剂群的代表方。王庆国教授学宗仲景,术用经方。王师盖以症状为表象,抓准病机,行医五十余年,善用此方化裁治疗眩晕、心悸、胃痛等各科疾病,屡获良效。兹将王师应用此方之经验撷取一二并附医案以飧同道。Linggui Zhugan Decoction,which was recorded in Shanghan Zabing Lun,is the representative formula of Linggui group with the functions of warming yang and diuretic.Professor WANG Qing-guo,a well-known old Chinese doctor in China and a tenured professor at Beijing University of Chinese medicine learns from classical prescription and thinks symptoms are appearances.Grasping the pathogenesis and prescribes medicine for more than 50 years,he makes good use of this prescription to treat diseases such as vertigo,palpitations,stomachache with good results repeatedly.It is fortunate to learn from him which benefits a lot.This article summarizes professor WANG Qing-guo’s experience in applying Linggui Zhugan Decoction,and attaching medical cases for study and discussion.
