摘　　要：国家级名老中医刘大新教授认为,病因分为客观病因和主观病因,客观病因是疾病产生的直接致病因素及病理变化,包括症状、体征等,也是临床通常诊断治疗依据;主观病因是疾病产生根源,包括禀赋、德行、情志、好恶、天时、地利等。文章对刘大新教授两因学说的学术思想进行总结和归纳。Professor LIU Da-xin,a renowned national TCM master,believes that the cause of disease can be divided into objective and subjective causes.The objective cause is the direct cause and pathological changes of disease,including symptoms,signs,and so on.It is also the basis of clinical diagnosis and treatment.The subjective cause is the root cause of disease,including endowment,virtue,emotion,likes and dislikes,timing and geographical advantages,etc.This paper summarized professor LIU Da-xin’s academic thoughts on the theory of two causes.
