摘　　要：格林-巴利综合征是由细胞免疫及体液免疫共同介导,以周围神经损伤为主要特征的神经系统自身免疫性疾病,属于中医学"痿证"范畴。其病因和发病机制尚未完全明确,尚无特效对症治疗方法,常予以免疫对症治疗,效果欠佳。王任之是新安王氏医学第五代传人,对此病辨治有独到见解,认为多属本虚标实之证,其病位在筋骨、肌肉间,脏腑责之肾、脾、肝三脏,病机多为气血交阻、肝肾亏虚、营卫不和、湿热浸淫,临床诊治时,审查病机,随证治之,扶正祛邪兼顾,疗效显著。Guillain-Barre syndrome is an autoimmune disease of the nervous system,which is mediated by cellular immunity and humoral immunity and is mainly characterized by peripheral nerve injury.It belongs to the category of‘laccidity syndrome’in traditional Chinese medicine.The etiology and pathogenesis of the disease are not completely clear,and there is no specific symptomatic treatment.Immune symptomatic treatment is often applied,with poor results.WANG Ren-zhi is the fifthgeneration successor of Xin’an WANGs’medicine.He has unique views on the syndrome differentiation and treatment of this disease.He thinks that it is mostly a syndrome of deficiency in root cause and excess in manifestation.This disease is located between bones and muscles,and the viscera are responsible for the kidney,spleen and liver.The pathogenesis is mostly qi and blood stagnation,liver-kidney deficiency,disharmony between nutrient qi and defensive qi,and excessive dampness-heat.In clinical diagnosis and treatment,the pathogenesis should be examined and treated according to the syndrome,strengthening vital qi to eliminate pathogenic factor.The curative effect is remarkable.
