《陈素庵妇科补解》安胎法探析

摘　　要：文章对中医妇科经典著作《陈素庵妇科补解》安胎门卷中的安胎特色进行了浅析,陈氏提出了逐月养胎法,把安胎与脏腑经络五行学说相结合,制定了逐月安胎方。重视补气养血、清热凉血、健脾补肾安胎,倡导的清热凉血安胎是其治疗妊娠病的用药特色,在临床上具重要的指导价值。This article analyzed the features of the method of calming fetus in the volume of calming fetus in the classic book of Chinese medicine gynecology of CHEN Su-an Fuke Bujie.Applied with the theories of Zang-Fu organs,five-element,meridians and collaterals,CHEN Su-an had proposed a method of cultivating fetus by calming fetus,to formulate different formula indifferent month.The main principles were emphases on reinforcing qi and nourishing blood,clearing heat and cooling blood,strengthening spleen and replenishing kidneys,in order to calm the fetus and promote the development of the fetus,while clearing heat and cooling blood is the characteristics for the treatment of discomforts in pregnancy.It has significant guiding value in clinical practice.
