化湿清营活血法治疗抗合成酶抗体综合征探析

摘　　要：抗合成酶抗体综合征是一类以肺间质纤维化合并皮肤关节等多系统损害为特点的疑难疾病。笔者经临床治疗观察,认为该病为内之邪深伏营分,基本病机为内生湿浊血瘀化热,走窜三焦到肌肤关节,治疗以化湿、清营、活血为法,可收到满意疗效。文章附病案1则以飨同道。Anti-synthetase syndrome(ASS)is a kind of complicated disease which is mainly characterized as pulmonary fibrosis and multisystem damage like skins and joints.Combined with the observation in clinic,the ASS is caused by the pathogenic factors hiding in the ying-fen and the pathogenesis is dampness turbidity and blood stasis transforming with heat,tramping around the Sanjiao and joints.Focused on this,satisfactory effects are obtained by the methods of resolving dampness,clearing ying-heat and activating blood.One case is shared in this paper.
