摘　　要：以教材中药"1两=3g"为折算标准,以教材"量大为君"为组方标准,以超过《中华人民共和国药典》的中药用量为大剂量应用标准,对张仲景书中的君药大剂量应用进行了整理。总结发现大剂量用药参与组方165个,占比52%;作为君药应用235方次,占比80%;有大剂量2倍用量、超大剂量6倍用量、特大剂量14倍用量3种君药大剂量应用方法和类型,本课题组命名为"崭露头角型""金鸡独立型"和"鹤立鸡群型";大剂量君药主要治疗急危重疑难病,据病症选用量,分别适用于一级或(和)二级、三级、四级风险病症;最后从原创性、科学性、创新性、高效性、全局性和战略性6个方面,讨论君药大剂量应用治疗模式有重大的学科引领能力,期望给予中医学人以参照和启发,助推中医界传承精华守正创新。Taking‘1 liang=3 grams’as the conversion standard,‘the main medicine in large dose’as the formula standard,and the amount of traditional Chinese medicine exceeding pharmacopoeia as the standard of large dose application,the application of ZHANG Zhong-jing’s main medicine in large dose was sorted out.It was found that 165 prescriptions with large dose,accounting for 52%.A total of 235 main medicine prescription was used,accounting for 80%.There were three application methods and types of main medicine,which were twice the dosage of general large dose,six times the dosage of super dose and 14 times the dosage of super dose.We named them‘up-and-coming’,‘golden chicken independent’and‘standout’,respectively.The application of main medicine in large doses was used to treat acute,critical and difficult diseases,and the three types were respectively applicable to the first,second,third and fourth risk diseases.There were seven legal and policy academic environments that support large doses of medication.Finally,from six aspects of originality,scientific nature,innovation,high efficiency,overall and strategic,this paper discussed that the treatment mode of ZHANG Zhong-jing’s main large-dose application had great disciplinary leading ability,hoping to provide reference and inspiration for scholars of traditional Chinese medicine,and promote the development and reform of academic thinking in the field of traditional Chinese medicine.
