基于经筋理论浅析退行性骨关节病

摘　　要：经筋是经脉之气输布于筋肉骨节的体系,联缀百骸,维络周身,"束骨而利机关",支撑保护脏腑经络,维系人体生物力学的平衡。肢体筋骨疾病为公认的经筋病的主体,退行性骨关节病属于其中之一,可表现为筋急、筋纵,其病机在于"筋不束骨,筋骨失衡,筋伤骨损",论治核心在于"筋骨调衡,以筋为先"。基于经筋理论提出的疗法,不论是针灸、推拿、穴位贴敷等外治法,还是"补益脾肾,疏肝柔筋,调和气血"的内治法,都在退行性骨关节病的防治中作用巨大。The tendon is a system in which the meridian gas is transported to the musculoskeletal joints.It contributes to movement,links the whole body,supports to protect the organs and meridians,and maintains the balance of human biomechanics.Musculoskeletal diseases are recognized as the main body of the disease of the tendon,and degenerative osteoarthrosis is one of them.The pathogenesis of degenerative osteoarthrosis lies in‘the bones are not bundled,the bones are unbalanced,and the bones are damaged’.The core of the treatment lies in‘reinforcing the bones and bones,taking the tendons first’.The therapy based on the theory of tendon,whether it is acupuncture,massage,acupoint sticking and other external treatment methods,or the internal treatment of‘invigorating spleen and kidney,dispersing the stagnated liver qi and relieving rigidity of muscles,reconciling qi and blood’,are all useful in degenerative osteoarthrosis.
