糖尿病高危足腻苔患者的舌图像特征参数分析

摘　　要：目的:分析糖尿病高危足患者的舌诊图像参数特征,探讨腻苔舌在糖尿病高危足疾病进程中提示的病因病机。方法:运用上海中医药大学中医四诊客观化实验室提供的中医舌面信息采集分析仪,采集糖尿病高危足患者的舌诊图像,提取特征参数,分析高危足薄腻苔组(30例)、厚腻苔组(31例)和非腻苔组(68例)患者舌诊图像参数特征。结果:厚腻苔组的舌苔G值、B值大于其他两组,舌尖和整体S值小于其他两组,厚腻苔组的润燥指数大于非腻苔组(P<0.05),厚腻苔组的舌根H值、S值小于非腻苔组(P<0.05)。结论:糖尿病高危足患者腻苔的出现伴随有舌象信息的变化,提示了糖尿病高危足发展过程中湿浊阻滞,瘀血、伤阴程度随邪气入里而加重的病因病机。Objective:To explore the pathogenesis of high risk for foot ulceration among part of diabetic patients,it analyses the collected tongue-diagnosis images of patients with high risk for foot ulceration.Methods:It used the TCM diagnosis tongue-and-face all-in-one machine developed by Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,to collect and select specific parameters with statistic difference from the image of tongue of diabetic patients with high risk for foot ulceration.All the patients were divided into three different groups:group of patients with thick greasy tongue coating(30 cases),group of thin greasy tongue coating(31 cases),non-greasy tongue coating group(68 cases).Results:Compared to the non-greasy tongue coating group and the thin greasy tongue coating group,the thick greasy tongue coating group have higher G,B-values and lower S-values.Comparing with the non-greasy tongue coating group,the thick greasy tongue coating group have lower S,H-values at root of tongue,and the tongue coating of this group is moister than the non-greasy tongue coating group.All the distinction are statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:When diabetic patients with high risk for foot ulceration have thick greasy tongue coating,there may be more stuck damp evil and blood stasis in their body.
