彝医外疗法论治体系的分类整理研究

摘　　要：彝医外治疗法的治疗范围十分广泛,外至皮毛肌肤,内至七门六路,涵盖整个八根八相。彝医认识到疾病的产生无外乎有三大根源:一是脏腑气浊哎哺的升降出入、形影变化失常;二是外来的邪毒疫伤的侵袭所致,或是次生病理产物的堆积而导致的疾病;三是由于骨折导致的病症。故而,彝医外治疗法可分为三大类:一为治根本法,二为治邪气法,三为归位法。The external treatment of Yi medicine has a wide range of treatment,ranging from the hair to the skin,to the seven-door six-way,covering the entire eight-phase and eight-viscera.The doctors recognize that there are three major causes of the disease,one is the ups and downs of the viscera of qizhuo and aipu;the second is caused by the invasion of the external plague,or the accumulation of secondary pathological products;the third is the condition caused by the fracture.Therefore,the external treatment is divided into three categories,one is curing the root cause,the second is to curing pathogenic qi,and the third is homing.
