摘　　要：目的探讨单核细胞趋化蛋白-1(MCP-1)、白细胞介素-17(IL-17)和白细胞介素-23(IL-23)在狼疮性肾炎(LN)患者中的表达及其意义。方法采用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)检测受试者血清中的MCP-1、IL-17和IL-23浓度,并对各组结果进行比较分析。结果MCP-1、IL-17和IL-23在LN组血清中的浓度显著高于非LN组、非LN组血清中的浓度显著高于对照组(P<0.05);LN组患者治疗后MCP-1、IL-17和IL-23浓度显著降低(P<0.05);MCP-1、IL-17和IL-23联合检测,敏感度、阴性预测值和约登指数比单项检测均有提高。结论MCP-1、IL-17和IL-23在LN患者中呈高表达,其浓度的变化对LN的诊断和疗效观察有重要的临床价值。Objective To investigate the expressions and significance of monocyte chemoattractant protein-1(MCP-1),interleukin-17(IL-17)and interleukin-23(IL-23)in patients with lupus nephritis(LN).Methods The serum concentrations of MCP-1,IL-17 and IL-23 in the subjects were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA),and the results of each group were compared and analyzed.Results The serum concentrations of MCP-1,IL-17 and IL-23 in LN group were significantly higher than those in non-LN group and control group(P<0.05).The concentrations of MCP-1,IL-17 and IL-23 were significantly decreased in the LN group after treatment(P<0.05).The combined detection of MCP-1,IL-17 and IL-23 showed an increase in sensitivity,negative predictive value and Yoden index compared with single test.Conclusion The index of MCP-1,IL-17 and IL-23 are highly expressed in LN patients,and their concentration changes have important clinical value for the diagnosis and therapeutic observation of LN.
