摘　　要：目的了解北京市昌平区各级医疗机构以及各监测项目消毒效果情况,为预防和控制医院感染提出科学依据。方法采用现场抽样的方法,对昌平区2014年-2018年各级医疗机构的物体表面、空气、医务人员手、压力蒸汽灭菌器、使用中消毒剂、污水进行监测。结果2014年-2018年共采样5361件,总合格率为98.45%,按年度分类合格率依次为99.61%、99.91%、96.91%、97.91%、97.83%,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=31.36,P<0.05)。不同监测项目中,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=44.03,P<0.05),其中使用中消毒剂、污水合格率均高达100.00%,空气合格率最低,为93.32%。按级别分类,非营利性二级及三级医疗机构合格率最高,为99.38%,营利性二级及三级合格率最低,为95.54%,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=46.56,P<0.05)。结论昌平区各级医疗机构消毒质量监测合格率均较高,但在消毒工作上仍存在一定问题,需进一步采取措施加强管理控制。Objective To know the status of disinfection and sterilization quality of each level medical institutions,so as to provide scientific basis for the prevention and control of nosocomial infection.Methods The surface,air,hands of medical staff,pressure steam sterilizers,disinfectants in use and sewage of medical institutions at all levels in Changping District from2014 to 2018 were monitored on the field sampling method.Results A total number of 5361 samples were collected during2014-2018,with a total qualified rate of 98.45%.According to the annual classification,the qualified rates were respectively99.61%,99.91%,96.91%,97.91%and 97.83,and the differences were statistically significant(χ^2=31.36,P<0.05).The difference was statistically significant in different project(χ^2=44.03,P<0.05),and among them,the qualified rate of disinfectants and sewage in use was as high as 100.00%,and the lowest qualified rate of air was 93.32%.According to the classification,the qualified rate of non-profit secondary and tertiary medical institutions was 99.38%,while that of for-profit secondary and tertiary medical institutions was 95.54%,and the differences were statistically significant(χ^2=46.56,P<0.05).Conclusion The qualified rate of disinfection quality monitoring in medical institutions at all levels in Changping District is relatively high,but there are still some problems in disinfection work,and further measures should be taken to strengthen management and control.
