摘  要:以某种型号的大功率重载柴油机高压燃油喷射系统喷油器针阀体导向轴孔加工为实物应用对象,重点介绍大流量高压共轨喷油器针阀体导向孔加工和表面完整性控制方法,提出了基于超声振动钻削的制造过程控制策略。研究表明,通过关键工艺改进与试验验证,使高压共轨喷油器针阀偶件高频高速运动灵活性和稳定性得到较大改善。Taking the injector needle body orifice machining ofhigh pressure fuel injection system of a kind ofhigh-power heavy-duty diesel engine as the object of physical application,this paper mainly introduces the method of needle valve body orifice machining and surface integrity control for high pressure common rail injector,and puts forward the manufacturing process control strategy based on ultrasonic vibration drilling.The research shows that the high frequency and high speed movement flexibility and stability of needle valve couplers ofhigh pressure common rail injector can be greatly improved through key process improvement and test.
