摘 要:炼焦煤的灰成分会直接影响焦炭的质量,本文通过对某焦化厂炼焦用煤灰成分和含量进行检验,并通过小焦炉试验,进一步对所炼焦炭的灰成分进行检验和分析,研究表明:不同地区煤的灰成分不同,其催化指数的差异是比较大的,反映在焦炭上同样明显。因此,焦化厂在选煤、用煤时,除考虑传统指标外,对灰成分的影响也应充分考虑,以提高炼焦配煤质量。The ash formation of coking coal will directly affect the quality of coke.In this paper,the composition and content of coal ash used for coking in a coking plant are tested,and through the small coke oven test,the ash composition of the coke is further tested and analyzed.The research shows that there is a certain difference in the catalytic index of coal ash in different areas,which is reflected in the coke,which is also obvious.Therefore,in order to improve the quality of coking coal blending,in addition to the traditional indexes,the influence of ash composition should also be fully considered.
