中压水射流技术在焦化火车罐车清洗的实践

摘　　要：攀钢清洗铁路粘油槽车曾经采用蒸汽蒸煮、人工清洗的方法,不仅洗车效率低且存在较高风险,容易对洗槽工造成身体危害,另外蒸汽蒸煮产生的VOCs尾气对环境影响较大。而采用中压水射流清洗技术对火车粘油罐车清洗后,降低了洗槽作业安全风险,提升了洗槽车能力且杜绝了清洗过程中VOCs的产生,改善了环境。The cleaning methods of steam cooking and manual cleaning used to be used in cleaning railway sticky oil tank cars in Panzhihua Iron and Steel Co.,in addition,the VOCs emission from steam cooking has a great influence on the environment.By using medium pressure water jet cleaning technology,the safety risk of tank cleaning was reduced,the capacity of tank cleaning was increased,the VOCs were eliminated and the environment was improved.
