摘　　要：发挥好群众组织力是我们党保持战斗力与生命力的应有之义,是促进国家治理体系和治理能力现代化的重要体现,是实现中华民族伟大复兴的动力支撑。新中国成立70年之所以能够取得举世瞩目的成就,其中一个重要的原因就在于党在不同的历史时期,能依靠群众、组织群众、动员群众,与人民群众形成密切联系、全面依靠、利益实现和良性互动等不同特点的党群关系,这对新时代增强党的群众组织力的经验启示在于:认识界定群众范围与深入结合客观任务相统一是基础前提;坚定党的全面领导与促进群众全面发展相统一是评价标准;灵活开展群众工作与建立常态化制度相统一是动力保障。The Chinese Communist Party's exertion of mass organizational power is the due meaning of maintaining the Party's combat effectiveness and vitality,an important manifestation of the modernization of the country's governance system and capacity,and a driving force to achieve the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.One of the important reasons why the People’s Republic of China has achieved remarkable achievements in the past 70 years since its founding is that the Party has been able to rely on the masses,organize the masses,and mobilize the masses in different historical periods,forming Party-mass relations with different characteristics such as close ties,comprehensive reliance,realization of benefits and positive interactions with the people,and this has revealed the experience of strengthening the Party's mass organization power in the new era:The unification of defining the scope of the masses and combining the objective tasks deeply is the basic premise;the unification of strengthening the Party's overall leadership and promoting the overall development of the masses is the evaluation standard;the unification of developing mass work flexibly and establishing a normalized system is the power guarantee.
