摘  要:介绍近年来空气环保产品的需求增长趋势和企业生产现状,结合国家智能制造2025战略部署与企业自身发展需求,提出了产品生产线自动化装备与升级的步骤方法,并将其演绎归纳为工业生产线装备的过程方法。对现代理论方法和技术在空气滤芯智能制造方面的应用进行了研究,分析了生产装备域智能制造的关键性技术,阐述了智能制造的实现具体形式,展望了未来智能工厂与人们的交互活动方式,为人们提供认识智能制造的平台,为企业智能化自动化装备升级活动提供借鉴和指导,为我国制定工业智能发展政策提供参考。This paper introduces the demand growth trend of air environmental protection products and the production status of enterprises in recent years.related to the national intelligent manufacturing 2025 strategic deployment and the enterprise’s own development needs,The steps and methods of automatic equipment and upgrading of product line are put forward,which can be concluded as the process method of industrial production line equipment.And the application of modern theory and technology in the intelligent manufacturing of air filter element is studied.The key technologies of Intelligent Manufacturing in production equipment field are analyzed and the realization of intelligent manufacturing is described.The interaction between intelligent factory and people in the future is also prospected.So as to provide reference and guidance for the upgrading of intelligent automation equipment Provide reference and guidance for the upgrading of intelligent automation equipment,and provide reference for our country to make industrial intelligent development policy.
