摘  要:为了掌握新疆浅埋、急倾斜弱粘煤层的上分层和本层采空区自然发火标志性气体生成规律,选取乌东煤矿弱粘煤样品进行程序控制升温试验研究,分析CO、烯烃、炔烃、烷烃及其比值的生成规律,以此确定煤自燃的临界温度和自燃预测指标。结果表明:CO出现的临界温度在25℃左右,标志着煤开始自燃氧化反应;C2H4出现的临界温度在106℃左右,标志着煤进入加速氧化阶段;C2H2出现的临界温度在348℃左右,标志着煤进入燃烧或阴燃阶段。CO、C2H4、C2H2气体作为煤自然发火的标志性气体,C2H4/C2H6作为煤自燃氧化的辅助标气。In order to grasp the law of the formation of the landmark gas in the shallow strata and steeply inclined coal seams in Xinjiang and the natural firing of the goaf in this layer, a sample of weakly sticky coal from Wudong coal mine was selected for the program controlled temperature rise test to analyze CO, olefins, alkyne, alkanes and their generation rule of the ratio is used to determine the critical temperature and prediction index of spontaneous combustion of coal. The results show that the critical temperature at which CO appears is about 25 ℃, which indicates that the coal begins to spontaneously oxidize;the critical temperature at which C2H4 appears is about 106 ℃, which indicates that the coal has entered the accelerated oxidation stage;the critical temperature at which C2H2 appears is about 348 ℃, which indicates the coal enters the burning or smoldering stage. CO, C2H4, and C2H2 gases are used as the symbolic gas for coal spontaneous combustion, and C2H4/C2H6 is used as auxiliary gas for the natural oxidation of coal.
