摘 要:我国薄煤层煤炭资源可采储量丰富,由于开采技术及安全装备相对滞后,其开采率较低尤其是软底板薄煤层,因此有效解决现有软底板薄煤层的安全问题变得至关重要。在此基础上,提出高效开采辅助装备与技术(软底板薄煤层垫底溜槽及前探支护装置)。该装置结合液压支架和单体液压支柱支护的双重优点:结构简单,安装方便,分散了重型机械对工作面底板的局部压力,减小了陷底事故的发生。装置设计支护强度p=0.385 MPa大于试验工作面顶板所需支护强度ps=0.282 2 MPa。同时,整个工作面的行人和机道液压支柱均固定在该装置上,能有效解决推底事故的发生。Thin coal seam coal resources recoverable reserves are rich in China, because the mining technology and the security equipment lag relatively, its mining rate is low, especially the soft floor thin coal seam, therefore effectively solves the existing soft floor thin coal seam security question to become extremely important. On this basis, the efficient mining auxiliary equipment and technology(soft floor thin coal seam bottom chute and forward exploration support device) are put forward. The device combines the double advantages of hydraulic support and single hydraulic prop support: simple structure,convenient installation, dispersing the local pressure of heavy machinery on the working face floor, and reducing the occurrence of sinking bottom accidents. The designed support strength p=0.385 MPa of the device is higher than the support strength ps=0.282 2 MPa needed for the roof of the test face. At the same time, the pedestrian and hydraulic props of the whole working face are fixed on the device, which can effectively solve the bottom pushing accident.
