补肾调周法联合温针灸及耳穴贴压治疗排卵障碍性不孕症的临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察补肾调周法联合温针灸及耳穴贴压治疗排卵障碍性不孕症的临床效果。方法选取2017年1月至2019年1月贵州省贵阳市南明区妇幼保健院收治的80例排卵障碍性不孕症患者作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组40例。对照组给予常规西药治疗,观察组采用补肾调周法联合温针灸及耳穴贴压治疗。对比两组患者临床疗效。结果观察组患者排卵率及妊娠率均高于对照组,且性激素水平各项指标均优于对照组,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对排卵障碍不孕症患者采取补肾调周法联合温针灸及耳穴贴压治疗,能够更快改善患者的临床症状,提高患者的受孕成功率,且用药安全性较高。Objective To observe the clinical effects of Bushen Tiaoshu method combined with warm acupuncture and auricular acupoint pressing in the treatment of ovulatory infertility.Methods Totally Eighty patients with ovulatory infertility admitted to Nanming District Maternal and Child Health Hospital of Guiyang city,Guizhou province from January 2017 to January 2019 were enrolled in the study.They were randomLy divided into the control group and the observation group,40 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional western medicine.The observation group was treated with Bushen Tiaohu method combined with warm acupuncture and auricular acupoint pressing,and the clinical application effects of the two groups were compared.Results The ovulation rate and pregnancy rate of the observation group were both higher than that of the control group,and the sex hormone levels were all better than that of the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of infertility in ovulation disorders with the method of tonifying kidney and regulating the temperature combined with warm acupuncture and auricular acupoint pressing treatment can effectively improve the clinical treatment effect,improve the clinical symptoms of patients as soon as possible,and the safety of medication is higher.
