米索前列醇的三种不同给药途径配伍米非司酮终止中期妊娠的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察米非司酮不同给药途径配伍米索前列醇终止12~24周妊娠的临床效果。方法选取2013年6月至2014年12月弥渡县人民医院就诊的341例要求终止妊娠的孕妇,随机数字表法分为第1组110例,给予米非司酮+米索前列醇阴道给药;第2组118例,给予米非司酮+米索前列醇口服给药;第3组113例,给予米非司酮+米索前列醇阴道及口服给药。比较三组产妇流产效果、米索前列醇用量及副反应。结果三组流产有效率分别为94.54%、93.22%,95.57%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);米索前列醇用量分别为(0.71±0.44)mg,(1.27±0.16)mg,(0.61±0.44)mg,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);副反应发生率分别为41.81%,81.35%,31.85%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论米索前列醇三种给药途径均能有效终止12~24周妊娠。阴道及口服给药方式可减少米索前列醇用量及药物副反应。Objective To observe the clinical effect of mifepristone by three different administration ways combined with misoprostol on termination of 12~24 weeks gestation.Methods Totally 341 women who asked for termination of pregnancy admitted to Midu County People's Hospital from June 2013 to December 2014 were randomLy divided into the first group(110 cases,receiving vaginal administration of mifepristone and misoprostol),the second group(118 patients,receiving mifepristone plus misoprostol orally),and the third group(113 patients,given mifepristone+vaginal and oral administration of misoprostol).Abortion effect,misoprostol dosage and side effects were compared among the three groups.Results The abortion effective rates of the three groups were 94.54%,93.22%,and 95.57% respectively,with no significant difference(P>0.05).The dosage of misoprostol was(0.71±0.44)mg,(1.27±0.16)mg,and(0.61±0.44)mg,with significantly difference(P<0.01).The incidence of side effects in the three groups was 41.81%,81.35% and 31.85%,respectively(P<0.01).Conclusion All three administration ways of misoprostol can effectively terminate the pregnancy of 12~24 weeks.Vaginal and oral administration can reduce the amount of misoprostol and drug side effects.
