摘　　要：从建筑行业造价人员的需求出发,对清单模式下工程造价人员的培养困境进行了分析,并以此为基础,对造价人员的执业经历和职业能力,提出相应的培养方案。Starting from the needs of cost personnel in the construction industry,this paper analyzes the training difficulties of engineering cost personnel under the list mode,and puts forward the corresponding training scheme according to the practice experience and professional ability of cost personnel.
