摘 要:1目的 观察氯化铬对高糖摄入诱发 SD大鼠高血压和糖及胰岛素代谢的影响 ,并探讨其可能作用机制。2方法 将雄性 SD大鼠随机分为 4组 ,即对照组 (C组 )、铬组 (T组 )、蔗糖组 (S组 )和铬 -蔗糖组 (ST组 ) ,S组和 ST组饮用水中添加蔗糖 ,T组和 ST组每天定时给予 Cr Cl3.6 H2 O10 .2 5 mg/kg体质量灌胃 ,C,S组同时给予等量的双蒸水灌胃 ,连续 42 d,每 7d测量体质量 (BW)、收缩压 (SBP)及心率 (HR) 1次 ,实验最后 1d测定空腹血糖(FBG)、胰岛素 (INS)水平。3结果 自实验第 8天起 ,S组 SBP和 HR即明显高于 C和 T组 (F=3.2 9~ 7.40 ,q=3.13~ 5 .83,P<0 .0 5 ,0 .0 1) ,并且自第 2 2天起 ,S组 SBP升高更加明显 ,持续至实验结束 (F=8.2 3~ 12 .6 7,q=5 .2 5~ 7.70 ,P<0 .0 1) ;S组与 C和 T组相比 ,FBG水平明显增高 (F=3.86 ,q=3.83,4.36 ,P<0 .0 5 )。给铬组自第 15天起可有效防止高蔗糖摄入诱发的 SBP升高和 HR增快 ,直至实验结束 (F=3.5 6~ 12 .6 7,q=3.16~ 6 .42 ,P<0 .0 5 ,0 .0 1) ;同时可有效防止 FBG的增高 (F=3.86 ,q=3.33,P<0 .0 5 )。4结论 氯化铬能有效防止高糖摄入诱发 SD大鼠的血压升高 ,而对糖及胰岛素代谢的改善可能为其主要作用机制。Objective To investigate the effects of chromium chloride on sucrose induced changes on blood pressure and glucose insulin metabolism in SD rats.\ Methods\ Thirty two male SD rats were randomly divided into four groups: control untreated(C), control Cr 3+ treated(T),sucrose untreated(S), sucrose Cr 3+ treated(ST). The rats in the S and ST groups were given sucrose (120g/L) dissolved in tap water as drinking water and the rats in the T and ST groups were given 10.25mg CrCl 3· 6H 2O·d -1 kg (via dialy oral gavage) for 42 days. Measurements of systolic blood pleasure(SBP), heart rate(HR) and body weight( BW) were conducted every 7 days. Blood samples were taken after 5 hour fasting on the last day. Then the level of fasting blood glucose(FBG) and serum insulin(INS) were measured.\ Results\ The S group exhibited hypertension and tachycardia compared with the C and T groups from the 8th day( F=3.29-7.40, q=3.13- 5.83 , P <0.05,0.01) and exhibited more obvious hypertension from the 22nd day to the end of the experiment( F=8.23-12.67, q=5.25-7.70, P <0.01). Compared with the C and T groups, the S group exhibited hyperglycemia( F=3.86, q=3.83,4.36, P <0.05). Cr 3+ treatment prevented the development of hypertension and tachycardia from the 15th day to the end of the experiment ( F=3.56-12.67, q =3.16-6.42, P <0.05 ,0.01) and prevented the development of hyperglycemia( F=3.86, q=3.33, P <0.05).\ Conclusion\ Chromium chloride treatment prevented the development of sucrose induced hypertension in SD rats, the improvement of glucose insulin metabolism played an important role.
