摘　　要：针对采用紧凑型工艺的珠光漆外观调试进行了经验总结,对珠光漆的特性、外观影响三要素(即油漆、工艺、底材)等分别进行了分析,并对珠光漆的外观评价和质量对标方法提出了意见。Some experiences on the optimization of car body appearance using pearlescent paint and compact painting process were summarized.The characteristics of pearlescent paint and three major factors affecting appearance(namely material,process,and substrate)were analyzed.Some suggestions for evaluating pearlescent paint appearance and benchmarking were presented.
