摘 要:目的:研究螺旋CT联合胸部DR在早期肺部感染诊断中的应用价值。方法:样本选取时间:2018年4月--2019年7月;样本构成:我院收治的70例早期肺部感染患者为研究对象;分组情况;根据就诊顺序分为两组(研究组与对照组)各35例。对照组患者给予胸部DR诊断,研究组给予胸部DR+螺旋CT。对比两种诊断方法诊断结果、研究组肺部感染类型CT征象、误诊、漏诊率。结果:研究组诊断精准性、灵敏度、特异度均高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组早期肺部感染CT影像学特征显示:非特异性细菌感染为变实影。真菌感染为磨玻璃影、变实影、结节影。病毒感染为磨玻璃影。混合感染为磨玻璃影、变实影。研究组误诊率(5.71%)低于对照组(28.57%)(P<0.05)。研究组漏诊率(8.57%)低于对照组(11.43%)(P>0.05)。结论:联合诊断对早期肺部感染检出率较高,在临床诊断中具有现实性应用意义,是临床诊断优选方法。Objective:To study the application value of spiral CT combined with chest DR in the diagnosis of early lung infection.Methods:Sample selection time:April 2018-July 2019;sample composition:70 patients with early lung infection admitted to our hospital as the research object;grouping;divided into two groups according to the order of treatment(study group and control Group)35 cases in each.The control group was diagnosed with chest DR,and the study group was given chest DR+spiral CT.Compare the diagnosis results of the two diagnosis methods,the CT signs of the type of lung infection in the study group,the rate of misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis.Results:The accuracy,sensitivity and specificity of diagnosis in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).CT imaging features of early lung infection in the research group showed that non-specific bacterial infections were solid shadows.Fungal infections are ground glass shadows,solidified shadows,and nodular shadows.Virus infection is ground glass shadow.Mixed infections are ground glass shadows and solid shadows.The misdiagnosis rate in the study group(5.71%)was lower than that in the control group(28.57%)(P<0.05).The missed diagnosis rate in the study group(8.57%)was lower than that in the control group(11.43%)(P>0.05).Conclusion:Combined diagnosis has a high detection rate for early lung infections,and has practical application significance in clinical diagnosis.It is the preferred method for clinical diagnosis.
