膝关节MRI动态扫描在髌股关节骨性关节炎诊断价值分析

摘　　要：目的:对比分析对髌股关节骨性关节炎患者经膝关节MRI动态扫描诊断的临床价值。方法:将2019年1月-9月我院收治的髌股关节骨性关节炎患者100例作为研究的对象,根据诊断方法的不同,并将其均分为对照组和观察组,分别接受CT诊断、经膝关节MRI动态扫描诊断,对诊断的结果进行分析。结果:两组患者在扫描后,观察组患者的病灶检查时间(17.43±2.98)、病灶检出时间(1.77±0.20)d以及疾病检出率(98.00%)显著高于对照组患者的病灶检查时间(10.32±2.55)、病灶检出时间(0.76±0.09)d以及疾病检出率(78.00%),统计学上有意义(P<0.05)。结论:经膝关节MRI动态扫描诊断对髌股关节骨性关节炎患者进行检测的意义重大,诊断准确率较高,值得广泛应用。Objective:To compare and analyze the clinical value of dynamic MRI in the diagnosis of patellofemoral osteoarthritis.Methods:100 patients with patellofemoral osteoarthritis admitted to our hospital from January to September 2019 were divided into control group and observation group according to the different diagnosis methods.They were respectively diagnosed by CT and dynamic scanning by MRI of knee joint,and the diagnosis results were analyzed.Results:after scanning,the detection time of focus(17.43±2.98),detection time of focus(1.77±0.20)D and detection rate of disease(98.00%)in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(10.32±2.55),detection time of focus(0.76±0.09)d and detection rate of disease(78.00%)(P<0.05).Conclusion:dynamic MRI diagnosis of patellofemoral osteoarthritis is of great significance,with a high diagnostic accuracy,which is worthy of wide application.
