摘　　要：目的:探讨多层螺旋CT多平面重建技术在诊断内耳Mondini畸形的临床价值。方法:回顾性分析29位临床感音性耳聋患者的29次CT检查图像,通过对原始图像多平面容积重组图像后处理,分析其影像学特征。结果:通过多平面容积重建后观察到内耳Mondini畸形的典型表现。结论:多层螺旋CT结合多平面重建技术能准确反映Mondini畸形形态学特征,对其诊断有较高的临床价值。Objective:To explore the diagnostic value of multi-planar reconstruction(MPR)with multi-slice spiral CT on mondini malformation of inner ear.Methods:Findings of 29 CT examinations in 29 patients with sensorineural deafness,The CT images were managed multi planar volume recombination and analysis its imaging features.Result:Through the volume of the multi-planar reconstruction of the mondini of inner ear Malformations were observed after typical performance.Conclusion:The combination of multi-slice spiral CT multiplanar reconstruction technology that accurately reflects the mondini abnormal Morphological Characteristics,its diagnosis and clinical value of high.
