摘　　要：本文尝试分析“互联网+医疗”在新冠肺炎疫情不同阶段应用的情况和特点,为优化“互联网+医疗”在疫情防控中的应用提供参考。本文通过收集医疗机构和企业应用“互联网+医疗”提供抗疫服务的情况,以及患者使用“互联网+医疗”的情况,发现作为疫情严重地区的省会城市定点收治医院,“互联网+医疗”抗疫服务的开展数量明显不足,但在疫情的初期和中期保持稳定;企业在疫情初期对抗疫服务的开展比较充足,但是在疫情中期开始减少。“互联网+医疗”的应用在疫情防治工作中发挥了重要作用,但是还存在一定的不足,有优化提升的空间。This article analyzes the situation and characteristics of the application of internet healthcare in different stages of the epidemic situation of COVID-19,and provides a reference for optimizing the application of internet healthcare in epidemic prevention and control.In this paper,through the collection of medical institutions and enterprises using internet healthcare to provide antiepidemic services,as well as the use of internet healthcare by patients,it was found that in the designated hospitals of provincial capital cities of the epidemic area,the supplication of anti-epidemic services by internet healthcare is obviously insufficient,but it has remained stable in the early and middle stages of the outbreak.The supplication of anti-epidemic services by internet healthcare in enterprises in the early stage of the epidemic are relatively sufficient,but they began to decrease in the middle of the epidemic.The application of internet healthcare has played an important role in epidemic prevention work,but there are still certain deficiencies and there is room for optimization and improvement.
