摘　　要：通过分析华西医院为什么要组建医院新闻通讯员队伍,组建后怎么具体做,取得了什么结果,阐述了组建医院宣传通讯员队伍,对搞好医院宣传工作的作用和意义。By analyzing the reasons why the West China Hospital should set up a team of hospital news correspondents,how to do it concretely after the establishment,and what results have been achieved,this paper expounds the roles and significance of establishing a team of hospital propaganda correspondents to do a good job of hospital.
