摘　　要：新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情爆发以来如何做好医院内感染防控并保证有序开展工作至关重要。首都医科大学附属北京佑安医院属于北京市新型冠状病毒肺炎定点收治医院,作为医院的一个职能科室,肝病消化中心在积极做好疫情防控的同时,早期制定消化内镜工作流程与应急预案,做好人员调整,有力保证了消化内镜工作仍然科学有序、安全平稳运行,措施主要包括人员弹性上岗、集中内镜操作时间、相对固定操作房间、控制内镜指征、患者依次候诊、内镜洗消、物表及环境消毒、分级防护、确诊及疑似患者床旁内镜操作等方面。截至2020年3月,已顺利完成常规内镜诊疗100余例,急诊内镜30余例,疑似患者2例、确诊患者4例,并真正实现了患者间零交叉感染、医务人员零感染。Since the outbreak of COVID-19,it is of vital importance to prevent and control hospital infections and ensure works orderly development.Beijing You'an Hospital is one of the COVID-19 designated hospitals.As a functional department of the hospital,center of hepatology and gastroenterology,while actively carrying out the prevention and control of the epidemic,early formulation of di⁃gestive endoscopy workflow,emergency plan and personnel adjustment strong guaranteed that the work of digestive endoscopy was still performed scientifically and orderly.The measures taken mainly include flexible staff on duty,rearrangement of endoscopic time,relatively fixed operation room,control of endoscopic indications,patient waiting in turn,endoscopic decontamination,surface and en⁃vironment disinfection,grading protection and bedside endoscopy for confirmed or suspected patients,etc.So far,we have successfully completed more than 100 cases of routine endoscopy,more than 30 cases of emergency endoscopy,including 2 suspected COVID-19 patients and 4 confirmed patients,truly achieving zero cross-infection between patients and medical staff.
