摘 要:SF6气体分解产物检测是诊断SF6设备内部潜伏性故障比较有效的一种带电检测方式,与超声波、特高频等检测方式相比更不宜受现场环境和电磁信号的干扰。根据文献资料详细阐述了SF6气体在放电或过热情况下分解产生多种复杂化合物的过程和机理;然后通过一起SF6设备潜伏性故障的发现,介绍了SF6分解产物检测在该潜伏性故障检测中得出的检测结果、结论以及返厂解体确定故障点和故障原因的全过程。SF6 gas decomposition products detection is an effective live detection method to diagnose latent faults in SF6 equipment,and is much less affected by the field environment and electromagnetic signal compared with ultrasonic,ultra-high frequency and other detection methods.Firstly,this paper is based on the document literature to describe in detail the process and mechanism of SF6 gas decomposing and producing many complex compounds under discharge or overheat.And then,presenting the discovery process of a latent fault of SF6 equipment,the paper introduces the detection results and conclusions of SF6 decomposition product detection in the latent fault detection,as well as the whole process of determining the fault point and fault causes by returning to plant for disintegration.
