摘 要:交流变电站中高压开关设备本体的状态信息监测仍存在功能单一、设备分散,监测装置和传感器接口不统一等问题,制约了数据融合,不利于各种在线监测信息的融合贯通。介绍了一种高集成度、准确度高、实时性强的高压开关设备本体状态监测系统设计方案,通过一台高集成度的信息采集及智能分析单元实现了各种分散布置的传感器的信息接入、数据分析,并将分析后的数据以标准规约上送至物联管理平台,为准确掌握设备的工作状态提供了有效技术手段。There still exist some problems in the state information monitoring of high-voltage switchgear in AC substation,such as unitary function,decentralized installations,and no unified interface between monitoring devices and sensors,which restricts data integration,with no good for the integration of various online monitoring information.This paper introduces a design scheme for high-voltage switchgear state-monitoring system with high integration,high accuracy and strong real-time performance,and then uses a highly integrated information acquisition and intelligent analysis unit to realize the information access and data analysis of various distributed sensors.Finally,the analyzed data are sent to the management platform of IoT based on the standard communication protocol,which provides an effective technical means for accurately grasping the working status of the equipment.
