摘　　要：英国是规划督察制度比较完善的国家,规划督察是规划体系的重要组成部分。本文顺应国内国土空间规划督察的新形势新要求,在阐述英国规划督察的设立、职责和内容的基础上,着重对规划督察的特点进行深入评述,提出从规划督察法律体系、工作机制、监督网络等方面加以借鉴吸收,为健全完善国土空间规划督察提供理论指导。Land and space planning supervision is an important part of national natural resources supervision.Britain is a country with relatively perfect planning supervision system,which is also a distinctive feature of the British planning system.In accordance with the new situation and new requirements of the current land and space planning supervision in China,based on the elaboration of the establishment,responsibilities and contents of the British planning supervision,this paper focuses on the characteristics of the planning supervision,and puts forward that the legal system,working mechanism and supervision network of the planning supervision should be used for reference and absorption,so as to provide theoretical guidance for the improvement of the land and space planning supervision of China.
