摘　　要：增强国家核心竞争力必须提升国家科技创新水平。国防工业是国家科技创新重要力量。国防工业军民协同创新可通过军民科技创新资源共享共用、成果互转互用、平台兼容兼顾、活动协同协调、制度相容相通等作用的发挥,增强军民科技创新能力,提高军民科技创新效率,从而提升国家整体科技创新水平。国防工业军民协同创新提升国家科技创新水平的实现,主要有军民自主创新内外驱动、军民科技市场需求牵引、军民科技双向转化推动、军民协同参与重大科技项目等形式。To enhance the country's core competitiveness,it is necessary to lift the country's level of scientific and technological innovation.The national defense industry is an important force for national technological innovation.The military-civilian collaborative innovation of the defense industry can enhance the capabilities of military-civilian scientific and technological innovation and improve its efficiency,so as to promote national scientific and technological innovation through shared military-civilian scientific and technological innovation resources,output exchange,compatible platforms,coordinated activities,and compatible institutions.It can be realized in such forms as internal and external drive of independent military-civilian innovation,demand in military-civilian technology market,bidirectional transformation of military-civilian technology,and joint involvement in major technological projects.
