摘  要:在正辛酸与三乙醇胺物质的量比为1∶1.6、温度为80℃、时间为2 h的条件下合成了正辛酸三乙醇胺盐,并对其对HT300灰铸铁的侵蚀性能和机理进行了研究。结果表明,在正辛酸三乙醇胺盐水溶液中,当质量分数为0.08%,单片防锈性能为A级;质量分数为0.15%,挂片试验试件出现腐蚀点时间为18 h。通过电化学极化曲线测试发现,正辛酸三乙醇胺盐对HT300铸铁腐蚀阳极反应有明显抑制作用,能够使HT300铸铁的自腐蚀电位正向偏移,使自腐蚀电流密度减小。The salt of caprylic acid and triethanolamine was synthesized,when molar ratio of n(caprylic acid)/n(caprylic acid)was 1∶1.6,temperature of synthesis was 80℃ and time was 2 h.The results show that its aqueous solution has good antirust property in the single-piece rust resistance testing and the corrosion coupon testing.The corrosion behaviors of gray cast iron(HT300)in its solution were studied by polarization curve,it had a suppressing effect on anodic reaction and made corrosion potential of gray cast iron(HT300)deviate positively and self-corrosion current density decrease.
